• Email metadata (sender, subject)
• Email content (headers and body) strictly for processing rules
• Attachment presence (file name only, not content)

3. Use of Gmail Data

Gmail data is used exclusively to:

• Identify emails matching user-defined sender keywords
• Detect emails containing attachments
• Move non-matching emails to the Gmail Trash folder upon user request

No Gmail data is used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

4. Data Storage

Email Cleaner does not store email content, attachments, or metadata on external servers. All email processing is performed in real time during user-initiated actions.

OAuth access tokens are stored temporarily and securely in user sessions and are never shared.

Users can revoke Email Cleaner’s access to their Gmail account at any time via:
