Email Cleaner ML is a Gmail inbox organization and cleanup application that helps users classify, organize, and remove unwanted emails using user-defined rules and machine learning.
We are committed to protecting user privacy and handling Google user data responsibly and securely.
Email Cleaner ML accesses Gmail data only after explicit user authorization through Google OAuth.
Depending on the features used, the application may access:
Google user data is used exclusively to provide the functionality requested by the user.
Google user data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, data brokerage, or commercial resale purposes.
Email Cleaner ML uses machine learning technologies including TF-IDF vectorization and Logistic Regression models to improve email classification accuracy.
To support these features, limited training examples and processing information may be stored securely in Google Firestore.

Email attachments are not stored for machine learning purposes.
Email Cleaner ML uses Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud Run and Firestore.
Data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections.
Access to stored information is restricted to authorized application services and protected through Google Cloud security controls.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction of user data.
Email Cleaner ML may retain limited Google user data, including sender information, email subject information, email snippets, classification labels, processing logs, and machine learning training examples, only for as long as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the service.
Google user data is not retained longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Email Cleaner ML may perform actions on behalf of users, including moving emails to the Gmail Trash folder when explicitly requested by the user through the application.
Users may request deletion of any stored Google user data associated with their use of Email Cleaner ML by contacting: sami.dimachkie@gmail.com
Upon receipt of a deletion request, stored Google user data will be permanently deleted from application-controlled storage systems within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
If a user revokes Google OAuth access, Email Cleaner ML immediately stops accessing that user's Google account data.
OAuth tokens are stored only as necessary to maintain authenticated sessions and are invalidated when access is revoked or sessions expire.
Email Cleaner ML does not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties.
No Google user data is shared for advertising, marketing, analytics resale, commercial profiling, or data brokerage purposes.
Data is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing functionality of Email Cleaner ML.
Users may revoke Email Cleaner ML access at any time through their Google Account security settings:
Email Cleaner ML complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is only used to provide or improve user-facing features requested by the user.
